“Sponsor A Student” Today

The Office of Stewardship and Development, in conjunction with the Anchor of Hope Executive Committee, the Catholic School Office, and the entire Diocese of Providence, is pleased to announce the launch of the 2009-2010 Anchor of Hope “Sponsor A Student” campaign.

This new diocesan program allows individuals and organizations the opportunity to make a tax deductible contribution to Anchor of Hope while assisting in making a Catholic education available to those most in need. Each and every dollar received directly impacts children attending our schools irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender, or religious affiliation. The child with the greatest financial need receives assistance first.

It is recognized that individuals and or organizations may wish to participate in this program however may not be in a position to allocate $4,500 to Catholic school children (the average cost of a Catholic elementary school education). Individuals and or organizations are encouraged to discuss this program with family members, friends, and colleagues who may wish to partner in covering a quarter tuition assistance, half tuition assistance, three quarter tuition assistance, or full tuition assistance.

Although the below given options are encouraged, there is no minimum and or maximum contribution one can make. Just think how successful we would be if everyone gave just $1!! Please assist today!
