Trusting prayer

“Practice trusting prayer that is the action of the heart when it opens to God, when our humors are silenced in order to listen to the gentle voice of God, which speaks in silence. Without listening to God, all our ‘words’ are only words that meet no need and serve no end.”

Reflection: When was the last time you spent more than five minutes in silence? How do you listen to God as part of your prayer?
